Sales Account Manager

Role Purpose

Lead GeoEnergy’s commercial activities in Egypt, driving business development, managing key accounts, and owning the full sales cycle within the oil & gas services market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships and commercial activities in Egypt
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
  • Lead tenders, proposals, negotiations, and strategic positioning

Experience & Skills

  • 6–10 years sales experience, preferably in oil & gas or energy services
  • Proven experience selling services (consultancy, contracting, government entities)
  • Strong negotiation, proposal, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to understand technical scopes and translate them into commercial solutions
  • Fluent in English

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • MS Office proficiency.

    Sales Manager

    Job Overview:

    This role is essential for expanding and maintaining GeoEnergy’s footprint in the Angolan market. The Sales Manager will lead all commercial activities locally, including business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end sales cycle ownership.

    The role requires a technically oriented sales professional, with a strong background in the oil & gas sector and experience working with national operators and service providers in Angola.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead commercial efforts and client relationship management in Angola
    • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including proposal coordination
    • Act as the key point of contact for tenders, client negotiations, and strategic positioning
    • 7+ years of experience in sales, specifically in oil & gas
    • Prior experience working with Angolans oil and gas clients
    • Strong commercial negotiation and proposal experience
    • Brazilian nationality is good fit to meet for all above, considering relevant cultural and language -alignment in addition to sharing same geological and drilling complexity.

    Required Qualifications & Background:

    • Industry experience: Angola Oil and Gas market
    • Software/tools: MS Office
    • Language capabilities: Fluent in English & Portuguese

      Responsibilities:

        Job Overview:

        To lead the entire Digital Systems Department at GeoEnergy, combining IT operations, Information Systems, and in-house software development under one role. This position is critical to:

        • Successfully implement ERP internally with no reliance on vendors.
        • Oversee the revamp of eco7 content management platform.
        • Build and maintain a lean, efficient, and secure IT infrastructure.
        • This role replaces three separate manager positions in the org chart.

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Applied experience with ERP implementation: Strong understanding of infrastructure and systems architecture
        • Exposure to managing internal and outsourced development teams
        • Comfortable handling Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and basic front-end stacks (JS, HTML)
        • 10+ years of experience, specifically in oil & gas

        Required Qualifications & Background:

        • Industry experience: ERP (Odoo) implementation, in-house product management
        • Software/tools: Odoo, Python, Postgres, basic HTML/JS

          This role will provide full-spectrum personal support to the CEO, ensuring coordination of both business and personal tasks. The assistant will serve as the CEO’s “shadow,” helping her stay organized, prepared, and supported, this includes:

          • Attending meetings with the CEO, taking minutes, circulating action points
          • Following up with internal and external stakeholders on assigned tasks
          • Managing communications on behalf of the CEO
          • Supporting personal tasks such as personal appointments, children’s activities, and travel bookings
